Healthy Aging Community of Practice
Welcome to SOPHE’s Healthy Aging Community of Practice (CoP), formed as a result of a Healthy Aging resolution adopted by SOPHE in 2006. This CoP is dedicated to improving your knowledge and skills related to the health promotion/health education of aging populations. By actively joining the Aging CoP you will have access to resources, tools, and best practices relevant to healthy aging throughout the lifespan, legislation, and other areas.
Purpose Statement
To encourage networking and exchange of information among health educators working in programs, services, and all practice settings who are responsible for the health promotion/health education of older Americans.
