To qualify for pre-conference registration rates, full payment MUST be received by the respective registration deadline. If payment is not received by deadline, the registration fee will automatically adjust to reflect the appropriate registration fee for the time of payment.

Cancellation Policy Refund requests must be received in writing – electronically – to email@example.com. All cancellations will be subject to a $75 fee. No refunds will be given after March 1, 2017. Substitutions are allowed, provided they are of the same SOPHE membership status and the request is submitted in writing – electronically – to firstname.lastname@example.org.
