Registration Policies


Registration fees include training materials and admission to all educational sessions. Continuing education credits for entry-level and master-level Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES/MCHES) are available.

Cancellations: Refund Requests must be received in writing. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any reason after September 15, 2018.

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed at any time provided that they are of the same category and submitted in writing to the National SOPHE office.
