Technology is the fuel that drives most of us. We cannot escape the constant use of technology at work, in school, while exercising or even while sleeping. But when is technology too much? Technology is too much when addiction takes over and impacts a person’s health. It’s too much when it fuels stress, insecurities and anxiety. There’s a simple way to embrace a healthier lifestyle — put away your technological devices.
People must make conscious effort to modify behaviors or have more healthy behaviors. While we expect people to live healthier lives by controlling technology use, we must also spread some simple tips to reduce our dependence on technology.
