When does the conference begin and end?
The conference dates are March 19-21, 2024. The conference officially opens at 9 a.m. on Tuesday with welcome & opening remarks from SOPHE President Raffy R. Luquis and concludes on Thursday around 12:30 p.m. at the conclusion of our final plenary speaker. Monday, March 18 is a preconference day for meetings and sessions.
Where does the conference take place?
The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch in downtown St. Louis, MO.
Who goes to the conference?
We encourage any member of public health, health education, and health promotion practitioners, students, and academic faculty, and anyone else interested in gaining inspiration and knowledge about the field.
Which hotels are available?
The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is the official headquarters hotel for 2024. For information on the SOPHE room blocks, visit here.
What else should I know about hotel reservations?
You can reserve your hotel room when you register, or you may return to the registration site and do it later. Reservations are first come, first served.
My organization is in the process of applying for SOPHE membership, can I still register at the member rate?
Yes, if your organization is in the process of completing an application for membership, please email membership@sophe.org for information on how to obtain the member discount.
Can I add other events or activities to my registration at a later date?
Yes, you can log back into your registration profile and register for three-hour workshops or other conference events and activities.
How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor for the conference?
